  • ½ cup white apple vinegar (optional)
  • 1 medium yellow onion (diced)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)
