  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups grated cheese (Parmesan and mozzarella)
  • Seasonings: Cajun seasoning, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and brown the ground beef until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
